Edgy Meets Romantic: Leather Jacket and Tulle Skirt

In my last couple posts, I mentioned I wore a tulle skirt under some of my skirts/dresses to define my waist better and make my bottom look fuller, and this is the tulle skirt, from Space 46 Boutique . They come with different lengths and different colors, (I just chose this EDC 11″ Length because I thought it would work well wearing under other garments. )
