For the second year in a row, Reid and I find ourselves in New Orleans for the last week of February . This time we didn't come for the Rock'n'Roll Mardi Gras Half Marathon , but for the real Mardi Gras! Reid's brother and sister-in-law are about to finish up their schooling (MD and PhD!) down here, so this year both sides of their families decided to take advantage of the occasion and get together for a week for Mardi Gras. Eric and Adrienne are amazing hosts when it comes to knowing about the city, the parades, and the local cuisine! They have made two amazing dishes while we have been here (and have been more than accomidating in regard to adapting them...
