Anti Burst
Remember that whole goal post I wrote at the beginning of the year wherein I stated I would try and be healthier? Well, that never happened. I'm not surprised by my own failure, but I am surprised at how tight my jeans are getting. That said, I decided to give this whole healthy thing another go. I even blew up my anti burst exercise ball this weekend (the one that had been in my closet for nearly three years gathering heeps of dust bunnies, yeah that one). I didn't actually use the ball (unless you count throwing it at Oliver while he scampered about like a scared hamster), but I did take it out of the box. Step one, check! Step two is trying to learn to balance...
