I just love this silly yellow rain coat, I got it as a gift from a friend years ago and never got rid of it. I really like the length of it with short skirts and dresses. I love how I can pair this look with simple tall brown boots and to give it a little Izzy touch with some lace suspenders I got last year from SWANclothing. I really can't get...
