Colorful at the Capitol
Living in a city is one thing, but being a tourist in your own town is a whole different thing. It was so great to step inside the Minnesota State Capitol again. It's been a few years, and that's such a shame, because it's truly an inspiring place. I've always been a bit of a student of history, and places with so many years under their belts always strike me in a really profound way. No matter what your standpoint, this is a place that represents how each of our voices can be heard and that we can make change can happen, and that, my friends, is an incredible thing. photos by katherine mendieta...
