Steel Cut Randomness
Today's post is just a bunch of random things that I didn't feel warranted an entire post on their own. When I posted about starting the Fast Metabolism Diet , I talked about already incorporating brown rice pasta and sprouted grain bread into our home. I can't believe I forgot to talk about oatmeal! Oatmeal is not something I ever used to eat, especially when described as "steel cut". I mean, come on, that does not sound appealing at all does it? Sounds like a bowl of cement.
