Shades of pumpkin and mustard Or turmeric...curry...or yam (sweet potato), you could say :) Potato and carrot soup. I steamed them, put them in the blender, added some salt and a dollop of philadephia cream cheese et voilà: ************************************************************ Vellutata di patate e carote. Gli ho cotti a vapore, messi in un mixer, aggiunto un pizzico di sale, un cucchiaino di Philadelphia light et voilà: Ginger cookies I made with rice flour, soy milk, honey, ginger powder and cinnamon. Sprinkled off with brown sugar. Really good! My friend Bibi liked them a lot too. If you're interested, I'll post the recipe another time. Biscotti...
