It's sad to say, but yesterday was the first not-unbearably-stressful day I've had since I can remember. I had nearly cheered up about my appalling career choice when I discovered that I had received a belated birthday package from my dear friend Bec ... Picking it up at the post office brightened my day completely.Inside the package were all sorts of lovely Paris-themed gifts wrapped in striped white paper and tied with navy ribbon; my favourite. Thanks to the lovely Bec, I spent last evening watching an Audrey Hepburn comedy set in Paris, painting my nails in Chanel's Rose Confidentiel and burning a macaron-scented candle.
