Mes Lunettes
I recently found out, after more than ten years wearing contacts every day, that I have to wear my glasses all the time. It's been a bit of an adjustment, but I really can't see without them, so I'm finding ways to manage. The first was to buy an exciting new pair of frames [which the lovely Alison*Elle also owns- great minds clearly think alike!]I debuted my new specs the other weekend at a Shoppalu sale. The lovely Janice invited a group of very excited girls into her home to browse through racks of vintage and new clothes, shoes and jewelry. [And her grandma made pork dumplings for the occasion- I had to take leave of my vegetarianism to try them. Delicious!] There...
