OOTD 4.9.2012 :: Overpacked

Over the weekend I started packing for Hawaii (I leave on Saturday, hallelujah!). I am totally overpacked right now — par for the course. And I love every single thing in my suitcase. There’s nothing I want to take out. I guess I could take out a floppy hat (or two) and maybe I don’t need to bring so many maxi skirts but, well, you know. I don’t live near a beach anymore so any opportunity to wear beach clothing must be fully exploited. I am in full-on vacation mode and my brain has gone somewhat numb. Brain shutdown can be a problem. Shocker, right? It is making it really hard to work on the new draft of my pilot. Pages of “duh”...
