how to: style Skirt-Over-pants
I hate to say "I told you so" but I can not help, it's in my genes. I am talking about the dress-over-pants that were contentious trend two seasons ago but it seems the zeitgeist has shifted for fall 2013 . I wrote about this as my favourite trend two years ago,but I think that no one was prepare or ready to try this crazy layering trend, including me .
