The last ones are called two-piece flats, like the bikini of the shoe world - with just the toe and heel cup, feel like something between a sandal and a flat. Together with tea-length hemline and lace they could create a Modern Lady Spring 2014 look. Who could ever thought that full feminine skirts would look so elegant with flats, but designers outdo themselves this year! So I can't wait to wear this spring trend and pray for warm weather. ...
