FAST FORWARD
I'd like to have a ffwd button so I can get over unpleasant things or facts which cause one headaches and disgust; but as this is an utopian dream, I can only come down to earth and try to enjoy even the less pleasant moments of day by day life. I've started to believe it's not important how others see you, what they're thinking about you or the way they treat you... What really counts is how you answer them back and how this can affect you in a positive way. So, from now on, I'm converting every negative thought or fact into a positive new perspective.
