Health and Fitness Post So i've had so many requests to update on my health and fitness and share what i eat and how often i exercise etc? I was obviously a lot more serious about it around april-october last year, was able to lose over a stone and had the body I actually liked. (i'm not sure if anyone noticed but I was a double D now i fail to fit into a small triangle bra) But I was obsessed with the amount of calories i consumed and burned, it was literally the only thing i thought about, i knew exactly how much fat, carbs, sugar etc was in each food i ate as i had used my fitness pal so much and was only eating the same, simple, clean foods everyday.
