Currently ... February Stuff I'm loving (and not-so-much) this month? ♥ Jillian Michaels workout DVDs . OK, so I've loved her workouts for a while now, but I've been stacking workouts together and am actually seeing definition on my arms and shoulders. ✘ Granted some of my tops are now fitting a bit snugger in those exact areas. Nothing like feeling a bit Hulk-ish when you put on a blouse, cross your arms and feel like you're busting out seams. ♥ I 've been eating overall healthier whole foods over the last few months and cutting drastically back on the junk. I'm now a quinoa junkie and use it in place of rice in many recipes. ✘ Unfortunately my appetite...
