Mel Gets Fit Tip I don't pretend to be a fitness and health guru. I'm just like any other women who's trying to get fit and be healthy. I'm not special; I don't have a fast metabolism, and I've never been naturally skinny; in fact, I'm predisposed to put on weight and carry most of it in my midsection. In August, I started a fitness and health journey. I've been on it for sixth months now and I've learned a lot in the process. I also don't pretend to think I'm "all that" at that I have the perfect body, not at all. I have a long way to go before I reach my ultimate goal, but I'd like to think I'm off to a good start.
