Thus in the winter stands the lonely tree, Nor knows what birds have vanished one by one, Yet knows its boughs more silent than before.... Winter seems to stay and snow keeps falling, so this was the perfect weather for a new costume project I got inspired as i browsed through one of my favorite books (a history of costume by Carl Köhler) so this costume consists actually of 2 dresses, here the black dress with golden trimmings on the hem, front, and cuffs the second part was first planned as sideless surcote, but somehow it looked so shapeless to me that i changed it and added lacings on both sides I´m quite pleased the way it fit and turned out in the end and because of the fabric and colourchoice it do has a dark and mystic touch i...
