Changing Currents
I think I learned how to swim before I learned how to walk.
Sometimes I just dive straight in, other times it’s a slow and gradual submerge. Either way, there is no better feeling that the freedom of letting the current take you wherever it wants. It’s the one place in my life where I fully allow something, or someone, else to be in full control. It is the most relaxing, peaceful and meditative state I find myself in. That is, until the current changes and I find myself in a constant struggle fighting against everything that is pushing me in the opposite direction I want to go in.
