The PNW Diaries: Granville + Sunset Beach
After exploring Gastown, Jeremy and I walked right through downtown Vancouver (which was pretty much like every other business area in any city) toward Granville Island (thanks for the suggestion, Jenna !). I was super exited to take the itty bitty ferry across the river and a part of me wants to be a ferry conductor now. Since Vancouver gets a good number of American tourists from across the border, the conductor kept cracking jokes about Canadian stereotypes and I uncomfortably and quietly laughed to myself since I wasn't sure what was going on.
