That's So Alissa
There have been a few events in my life recently that have made my friends say, "that's so Alissa." Because I believe in laughing at myself I will share these events with you. First, the ball face smashing incident. I decided to start doing some high intensity workouts and one night I was doing medicine ball slams. I had a 10 pound ball which I was throwing on a padded mat and catching. Well, as my luck would have it, that exercise is actually quite exhausting and by my last set I threw the ball down super, super hard. I knew what was coming but couldn't stop it.
