Dress & Belt: Thrifted, Heels: Forever21We went to the Register of Deeds today at lunch to get our marriage license. When we were ready to leave we were facing a major downpour with no umbrellas. A couple of sweet ladies let us borrow theirs. Good thing was, we didn't have far to go to the car. But my feet were soaked. Brian was soaked through and through. Marriage license done!
