It turns out she has one exactly like this from 1938! I scored mine for $10 on a clearance rack, I love a good deal... While the heels aren't white (because it is not yet Memorial Day), the bit of cream and tan in the belt helps draw them in to the outfit. The only thing wanting with the flow of the dress and the bright blue with the classic white polka dots was a bit of trimming....
