I mentioned a while back how I normally pick out and purchase my own gifts. Trust me, this isn’t shallow at all, it is just being smart and not having to deal with returns or hurting my hubs’ feelings. Also, since I’m a pretty good bargain hunter aka cheap I like to get the best deals and won’t overpay for any particular item. So with that said, on Black Friday I did take advantage of the great sales and purchased those items/gifts I really needed/wanted for myself.
