working on my fitness
At the beginning of the year I always feel a renewed motivation for fitness. I mentioned it being one of my 2014 resolutions , and I'm just hoping it can carry it through further than the first month of the year. I grew up playing a lot of sports {soccer especially}, and it's only been in the past couple of years that I've had more of a difficult time fitting my workouts in. Last year I worked out maybe every other weekend, and then it kind of tapered off towards the end of the year. This year I'm hoping it will become more of a lifestyle though.
