Too Cold For School
There's obviously a difference between clothes I wear and plan to spend time outside in and clothes I wear while scurrying between one door and another. This is the latter. I actually have friends who barely wear coats because they know their work is indoors and their car and home are kept at reasonable temperatures and every in between is fleeting. I wouldn't leave the house in winter without a coat, but lighter tights and impractical footwear…? I suppose the answer is apparent.
