Cashing In!
Man oh man! What a week and what a weekend! We had Claire's birthday party (finally) on Saturday. We didn't want to plan a party close to her actual birthday because most people are busy around Christmas celebrating or traveling. So, we decided a couple weeks after the day would be more feasible. It was a lovely time and Claire and the other kiddos seemed to have a lot of fun. I know the first birthday party seems to be mostly for the parents (and the pictures so you can show your children when they are older all the trouble you went to just for their party), but I still say it was a good time had by all!
