Recipe Tuesday: Healthy breakfast oatmeal muffins Here is a healthy (and pretty simple to make) breakfast. I need to make more breakfast like these. They are easy to throw in the microwave and can be eaten on the go. You should see us in the mornings trying to get all 5 of us ready. No matter how early we are up, we are always rushing.
