Hello 2014!
I heralded in the new year at a friends' place - the nicest, sweetest company, sparklers and the big bang of fireworks. Sydney always puts on a spectacular show, and I'm glad we welcomed 2014 so warmly - 2013 was over-due on being given the boot. 2013 was the year of deaths, break-ups, mental illness, physical illness and family fall-outs - it just seemed like everyone had something going drastically wrong in their lives. It was rough for those dearest and nearest as well as me, we all felt like comrades in our melt-downs, in the insanity of 'What else can go wrong...?'. 2014 feels like it will be a year of transition... as...
