All Aboard!
As far as public transportation goes, trains are definitely my favorite. I have always had a love and admiration for the railways. There's something romantic and old-fashioned about them. Perhaps because the time period just brings up images of antiquity and wonder. I've always wanted to spend the night on a train, though I'm sure it's not as glamourous or luxurious as I imagine it to be. It'd be an experience, though. Taking the train on the shoreline is always great because the views are amazing. If trains weren't so expensive, I would just ride them all over all day and people watch and take in all the scenery.
