Ringing in the New Year with Curls & a Tutu
Happy New Year everyone!!!!! I am starting 2014 with some tulle and curls...something different. I have been totally sick of my hair and after a bad cut and this image , I decided to let the curls out for a bit. Although I am not overly girly I am always attracted to chiffon or a tutu, something about them is just super fun. I watched my friends store while she was away and I knew I had to have this dress. I had to fight about 4 girls for it, but I won! No really, I had it on the back rack on hold (for me), and three or four people were asking about it.
