Recipe Tuesday: Chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate chip cookies Recipe makes 2-3 dozen, depending on your spoonfuls. Ingredients: •2 sticks of butter •1 cup of brown sugar •1 cup of white sugar •3 cups of flour (I used whole wheat flour) •2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips (I used red and green for Christmas) •2 eggs •2 tsp. vanilla •1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 2 tsp. hot water •1/2 tsp. salt Directions: 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2.Soften butter and blend together with brown and white sugar. 3.Add in eggs and beat. 4.Add in vanilla and salt. 5.Add in baking soda dissolved in water. 6.Add in flour, 1 cup at a time and beat. 7.Add in chocolate chips....
