Of course it varies by season, with boots in the fall and winter, and platform sandals in the spring and summer. But my all time favorite, goes-with-everything, expensive but totally worth it shoes are my Frye Carson Pull On boots. I tried them on at Nordstom's a couple of years ago on a whim, and only to see what all the fuss was about, but somehow I found myself handing over my credit card! I don't regret it at all and wear them a lot. They are super comfortable and go with everything. ...
