(Ph. Berta Bernad ) I made the rookie mistake of packing for Christmas without sparing a thought to my sartorial audience. This may or may not have something to do with the fact that I missed my Eurostar on the 24th...not that I was partying the night before or anything, nor that I hadn't got my suitcase ready before going out that evening for that matter... Point is, in the 30-seconds flat it took me to throw a few key pieces into my duffle bag, as I dialled up home to warn them I might not make it back in time, I didn't occur to me that some favourites were best left put. You would think by now they know what to expect of me. But no, the family...
