Tutu Tulle
When it comes to Whimsical, it doesn't get more whimsey than tulle. Am I right? So for this week's (and final) trend with U By Kotex we're going all out whimsical, and it seems tulle was just the only way to go.. And since I can never get enough of the floaty romantic fabric there was no way I was passing up this gorgeous skirt (from Lily and Voilet ), the perfect length and just the right amount of swing.
