I know the saying goes "business in the front and a party in the back"...but I'm going to say that this skirt is a party all around!I will be posting a tutorial on how to make your own mullet skirt (or fishtail skirt if you want to be a bit more proper) in the next few weeks, but if you don't want to make one from scratch you can always follow these instructions from A Pair and a Spare to alter an exisiting skirt.
