Thanks for sharing some of your invisible scripts about clothing this week!
It’s amazing what goes on behind the scenes of something as simple as getting dressed. There are emotions and thoughts that go much deeper than selecting something to wear.
Unless we acknowledge invisible scripts and test them to decide whether or not they’re true, they can hold our closets hostage. They have the power to keep us in ruts and constantly wanting more rather than utilizing what we have well.
