However, I guess this rainy weather is good preparation for my trip to Seattle (which I will be taking tomorrow)!I had originally planned to wear with outfit sans the hat, boots, and jacket. But, even though this outfit was not originally planned for rain, I feel like the bright stripes and hat added just the right amount of color to the gloomy day.
