Tailored: Vintage Wool Sweater
I bought this vintage sweater on eBay, I didn't even bid, I went straight to pay for it. I love the exquisite details, whoever knitted it knew what she was doing. The only thing was that it fit a bit big and it looked like an 80's mom sweater but I saw the potential. What I did was take in an inch on the sleeves, the shoulders, and the pleating on the sleeves so it wouldn't look so puffy, I also serged the ends so it won't unravel. I took a risk but in the end I really liked the end result. Before It's hard to see how puffy it was because I had already pinned the sleeves when I took the picture and the sweater was inside out.
