Nautical Peplum
This skirt... oh goodness, I'm kinda crazy about it. The A-line hip-forming structure is such a fun detail. And almost countertuitively flattering, with the extra hip action slenderizing the hip & legs. I let the red & stripes do their nautical thing and kept the other details neutral.
