Week 12: Falling Apart
It's week 12 and I've been a train wreck this week. I've allowed myself to become one big wound up ball of stress and anxiety. I'm not eating well. I'm tossing and turning at night thinking about due dates, resulting in very little restful sleep. I was getting a good four to five days of exercise when I first started school, and for the least few weeks my exercise program now is nonexistent. I also have some anxiety over several group presentations I have coming up in the next two weeks. But like everything else, it will get done and I'm going to make this work!
