DIY balloon fringe & Friday link love
It's Friday! Happy day. I made this balloon decoration last week for my co-worker and cubby mate Brittany's birthday. Let me tell you, I was so proud. I NEVER DIY anything because I usually mess it up. But I was quite pleased with my creation! I found the tutorial over at Sweet Thing - though I did a slightly messier version that involved tying the fringe to the string with washi tape and using lace to cover the tape. I loved it and luckily, Brittany did, too.
