Neon Stripe
What: Sweater- Joe Fresh Skirt- Tasha Delrae Boutique Boots- ASOS I've had this neon pink fabric forever (like 10 years!) but had never figured out the perfect project for it. After seeing midi skirts with sheer panels all over the place I knew what I needed to make. I always love how navy looks with neon, and luckily I had some perfect navy satin for the job! I can also make this skirt with a lime panel instead of pink...and of course I can do custom designs!
