How long is too long to be standing around waiting for the wind to die down? I was the oddball twiddling my thumbs (aka pretending to fiddle with the camera) for... half a minute before I finally gave up. There was no wind stoppage, so the whole time I was just hoping the camera doesn't topple over. I'd take a few steps, pause, turn my head back, think to myself whew, camera is still standing , scurries over to pose, click, click, click , then rush back to hold the camera steady.
