Not exactly the most original phrase known to man but I can’t think of a better way to describe this ensemble than “low key luxe”. As is usually the case with sartorial clichés, it’s come to cover everything from Céline minimalism to skinny jeans and topshop frocks but for me it means wardrobe staples that are simple but beautifully effective.
