Monster Mash-Up
This year my October was filled with plenty of spooky, albeit kitschy, Halloween themed events, but I didn't get up to anything too crazy this year, compared to last year and the year before. I attended a few great Halloween events, ranging from the corn-maze and a scary movie night (we watched S noop Dogg's Hood of Horrors and Poltergeist ), Spooktacular at Fort Edmonton Park, a production of Dracula at the Walterdale Playhouse which I LOVED, and on the 31st, a group of friends and myself headed down to the Winspear Centre to watch Nosferatu , the famous silent German horror film from 1922 - the original Vampire film!
