Monday morning means one thing: coffee and lots of it. Our usual Monday morning romp, is waking up as early as possible, getting in a little yoga and meditation, followed by immediately running to our corner coffee shop for that instant caffeine rejuvenation. Contrary to the ordinary "Monday Blues" that most would complain about, we never actually hated the idea of a new week - fresh start, new goals and to-do lists, the chance to do better and get more done.
