4 DIY Projects From a (Thrifted) Leather Skirt
Many thrift trips ago, I came across this bold blue genuine leather skirt. Price tag – $5.99. Downside – there was some wear in back by the closures. Bummer. But , I couldn’t just leave this beauty hanging there. Thrift tip #273 – if you see a great piece that can be refashioned, take a chance and go for it.
Before I started cutting up the skirt, I did a little research and found some pretty good leather diys. The first thing that I wanted to do with the blue leather was to create a new flap for this tan leather bag. (Color blocking isn’t going away just yet!)
