This week Sydney enjoyed the hottest spring day on record and tomorrow it's going to be a scorcher again. So given this lovely, early summery weather, what do you think I sewed last night?? Why a blazer of course!! Seriously , I don't know what's wrong with me! I am happy with the blazer though, and I guess it will get worn... in about 8 months or so.... I used McCalls 6711 . This is actually a trial run of this pattern before I cut into my Tessuti fabric , which you can now see online here . I really like this blazer. I stayed up quite late last night making it and finished a little bit of hand sewing and pressing today. The fabric is a textured, spotty...
