Little Broken Hearts
For months my friend Nicole has been bugging me to take a yoga class with her because yoga is the shit. I noticed that a new studio opened up in Ferndale, Shine On Yoga , and decided to check it out. We took two classes so far, and I liked both, though last night's energetic class was my favorite. In both classes, our instructors talked about the ego, and how we need to let things go to be better people (they used better words than that, I promise).
