It's Blue After a Rain Day
October loves her t-shirt dress - it was the best $3.00 she ever spent! October's goal for February is to wear more colors that are not blue. Despite popular belief, and her deep love of the color blue, her favorite color is red. But blue is just easier to wear, sometime. "I'm practically a neutral!" it screams.
